Scouts await decision on gay membership
Wed May 22, 2013
I am sometimes a Liberal, sometimes a Moderate and sometimes a Conservative - and soon to drop any party affiliation.
Burial spot found for Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev
Thu May 9, 2013
myopinion-13, I agree with you completely. Sadly, folks in our country are filled with as much hatred as those who want to do us harm. The guy is dead, but the hate is alive and festering. You don't have to like someone or the things they do to have compassion or to forgive.
'Pinterest stress' afflicts nearly half of moms, survey says
Sat May 11, 2013
It's a bid sad that we continue to look outside ourselves to find validation. I recall learning a very important lesson in elementary school - don't judge a book by it's cover. We are all imperfect and we all have our own story to tell. More importantly, we are all "enough."
American gets 15 years of hard labor in North Korea for 'hostile acts'
Thu May 2, 2013
It's no wonder there is so much unrest and hatred in this world based on the response to this story. Perhaps some compassion is warranted here, despite your own take on this man's predicament.
Sneaky sugar: We're eating too much, and we don't even know it

Pro-Freedom, take a look at sites such as the Mayo Clinic and talk to doctors who are actually working with their patients rather than just writing out another script. This is not an issue from the left and it amazes me that once again an important issue is broken down to a right vs left issue.
Yahoo expands maternity leave after banning telecommuting
Tue Apr 30, 2013
Definitely a step in the right direction for those wanting to have families. The current leave provided by most companies is a travesty to both mothers and fathers. For those who choose not to have families, please don't wave the "it's not fair" flag.
Congressional report says FDA faltered in deadly meningitis outbreak
Tue Apr 16, 2013
It's time for the FDA, as it is currently organized and run, to be dissolved. They are so beholden to the pharmaceuticals it would be laughable if it wasn't such a tragedy , as well as an assault on the American public.
NRA threatens to punish lawmakers on gun control vote despite deal
Wed Apr 10, 2013
Liberal, Conservative, Independent, Tea Partier, Libertarian and any other party you can throw out there - we are all Americans and, at the end of the day, we all ultimately want what's best for our Country, even if we differ on how to get there.
Arggggh! American workers are at a breaking point
Tue Apr 9, 2013
Yes, companies are in business to make money and shareholders want to see profits. That's largely the problem with corporate American today. Shareholders who care about one thing and one thing only - profits. Many shareholders and the folks who make up investment groups have no per …
Georgia town passes law requiring citizens to own guns and ammo
Tue Apr 2, 2013
This is a dangerous abuse of legislative powers. Whether you support the right to bear arms isn't the point here. The Second Amendment provides the right to bear arms, etc. It does not provide the states with the power to legislate that you must own a gun.
